Once your order is placed online at premiergel.com it will automatically be sent to our fulfilment team warehouse.
We will send you a confirmation email ( to the email address on your invoice/order )
Your order will then be picked, packed and shipped to the delivery address you specified.
You will receive a dispatch email when your order has left our fulfilment warehouse and is on the way to you.
You can track your order online so you can manage the process and find out when your order will arrive.
If you do need to report your order as lost or miss-delivered then in the first instance please kindly contact your local courier depot
- Should your parcel of not arrived after 7 working days from your dispatch email please get in touch with us using the support button.
Should you contact the courier and re-schedule delivery or edit/amend your shipping address, in doing so, you will be assuming full responsibility/liability of your delivery.
To discuss your order delivery at any time please contact us directly via the support option quoting your invoice order reference number.
If your order/delivery is returned to us because of failed delivery attempts ( ie: you were unable to receive ) you will be refunded back to your payment source less/minus a £10 administration fee.
