Refund policy

1. Return and refund 

1.1. You may cancel the Contract and receive a refund if you notify us as set out in clause 1.3 within 24 hours of acceptance of the Order. We can't cancel or amend an order if this has been shipped. If you wish to cancel the Contract and notify us after 24 hours days of acceptance of your Order we will use our discretion as to how the cancellation request will be dealt with by us and if any refund will be remitted back to you.

1.2. Cancellation rights pursuant to this clause 1.1 shall apply to all our Goods.

1.3. To cancel the Contract, you must email us at hello@premiegel.com. When emailing us please include details of your order to help us to identify it. If you send us your cancellation notice by email, then your cancellation is effective from the date you send us the email. For example, you will have given us notice in time as long as you get your email us before midnight on that day. We can't cancel or amend an order if this has been shipped.

1.4. If you have returned the Goods to us under this clause 1 because they are faulty or misdescribed, we will refund the price of the Goods and will refund you on the credit card,  debit card or BACS used by you to pay or we will provide you with replacement Goods.

1.5. If Goods have been delivered to you which are faulty or damaged before you decide to cancel the Contract then you must return them to us without undue delay after the day on which you let us know that you wish to cancel the Contract. You can either send them back to us: A dispatch or return address will then be provided in the event a collection or return to our depot. We will then offer you a refund or replacement Goods.
