Shipping policy
1. Delivery, transfer of risk, title and use
1.1. We will contact you with an estimated delivery date, which will be within 10 days after the date of Dispatch Confirmation. Occasionally our delivery to you may be affected by an Event Outside Our Control. See clause 14 (Events outside our control) for our responsibilities when this happens.
1.2. Delivery is complete once the Goods have been unloaded at the address for delivery set out in your order and the Goods will be at your risk from that time.
1.3. You own the Goods once we have received payment in full, including of all applicable delivery charges.
If we fail to deliver the Goods, our liability is limited to the cost of obtaining replacement goods of a similar description and quality in the cheapest market available, less the price of the Goods. However, we will not be liable to the extent that any failure to deliver was caused by an Event Outside Our Control, or because you failed to provide adequate delivery instructions or any other instructions that are relevant to the supply of goods.
1.4. Missing items or replacement Goods sought should be reported to hello@premiergel.com within 48 hours of receipt of
1.5. Goods where we will investigate the circumstances and upon conclusion of such investigation will either provide replacement Goods or refuse such replacement upon furnishing you with our conclusive report.
1.6. Reporting serious undesirable effects (SUE) in the Goods should be made to the responsible persona (RP) NI Premier Gel LTD (NI675633) 41 Linenhall Street, Ballymena, Northern Ireland, BT42 5AJ via email to hello@premiergel.com
1.7. A ‘serious undesirable effect’ (including allergy or sensitivity) (SUE) is one in which the normal or reasonably foreseeable use of the Goods results in temporary or permanent functional incapacity, disability, hospitalisation, congenital anomalies or an immediate vital risk or death.
1.8. By purchasing the Goods you acknowledge you are professionally trained and are qualified to use them.
1.9. We accept no liability for non-professional use & application which is not in accordance with these Terms.
1.10. Use of the Goods should avoid all skin contact.
1.11. You should read the directions for use carefully, use externally only, apply to the nail plate and cure under UV/LED light.
1.12. If dermatological irritation, allergy or infection occurs you should stop use immediately.
1.13. The Goods should not be used by children.
1.14. The Goods should be kept out of direct sunlight and not be used in a small room without ventilation.
2. Delivery
2.1. We deliver to GB (England, Scotland and Wales).
2.2. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
2.3. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Goods are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.
2.4. Your order will then be picked, packed and shipped to the delivery address you specified.
- Standard 3-4 Working Days (Royal Mail) = Our fulfillment team aims to dispatch your order within three (3) to four (4) working days. Up To five (5) days for bank-holiday weekends.
- Priority two (2) working days (DPD) = Our fulfillment team aim to dispatch your order within two (2) working days. Up To five (3) days for bank-holiday weekends.
- DPD - Standard 3-4 Working Days (DPD) = Our fulfillment team aims to dispatch your order within three (3) to four (4) working days. Up To five (5) days for bank-holiday weekends.
Note: Working days = Monday to Friday
3. No international delivery
3.1. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to addresses outside GB (England, Scotland and Wales).
4. Price of goods and delivery charges
4.1. The prices of the Goods will be as quoted on our site at the time you submit your order. We take all reasonable care to ensure that the prices of Goods are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. However, please see clause 4.5 for what happens if we discover an error in the price of the Goods you ordered.
4.2. Prices for our Goods may change from time to time, but changes will not affect any order you have already placed.
4.3. The price of Goods excludes VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rate chargeable in the UK for the time being. However, if the rate of VAT changes between the date of your order and the date of delivery, we will adjust the VAT you pay, unless you have already paid for the Goods in full before the change in VAT takes effect.
4.4. The price of the Goods includes delivery charges to UK mainland only. Delivery to non-mainland locations may be subject to additional costs.
4.5. We sell a large number of Goods through our site. It is always possible that, despite our reasonable efforts, some of the Goods on our site may be incorrectly priced. If we discover an error in the price of the Goods you have ordered we will contact you to inform you of this error and we will give you the option of continuing to purchase the Goods at the correct price or cancelling your order. We will not process your order until we have your instructions. If we are unable to contact you using the contact details you provided during the order process, we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you in writing. If we mistakenly accept and process your order where a pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could reasonably have been recognised by you as a mispricing, we may cancel the supply of the Goods and refund you any sums you have paid.
