The Premier Gel support team is available Monday - Friday during working hours (excluding Bank Holidays).

Our customer service team will aim to respond within 1-2 business days. If you have emailed us and have yet to receive a response, please do not worry, someone will get back to you, and please do not resend or re-email us as this will result in further delays. 


I submitted a ticket, what happens next?

Our dedicated team strives to respond to all inquiries within 24-48 hours. If you have not received a reply after this period, we kindly ask that you check your SPAM folder. Occasionally, our responses might be filtered into that folder, depending on your email settings. Ensuring you've checked there will help in not missing any crucial communication from us. Should you still face any issues, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us again for further assistance.

Our social media team is not trained to offer any support related to orders over DMs.


Will I receive a dispatch email?

Certainly! Once your order has been dispatched from our third-party fulfillment center, you will receive an email containing your tracking details. It is then your responsibility as the customer to monitor and manage your delivery using the provided tracking information.


If your parcel has not arrived within 10 working days from the receipt of your dispatch email, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. We encourage you to visit our support page for assistance. I didn't receive an order confirmation email

After your payment has been processed, you should expect to receive an order confirmation email within minutes. If you do not see this email in your inbox, we recommend checking your spam or junk mail folder, as it's possible the email was automatically filtered there. Ensuring you receive this confirmation is important, as it contains details about your order that you might need for future reference.
