- Start by gently buffing the top coat off the nail
- Brush away any dust build up
- Using a lint free pad and acetone wipe over the nail ( this will start to melt the next layer of product)
- Next fill a bowl half full with hot water
- Fill a second bowl with 100% pure acetone and place the nails in the bowl
- For more sensitive nails you can add a few drops of cuticle oil to the acetone to keep the skin hydrated
- Soak the nails for around 10 minutes
- Remove the nails from the acetone and using a scrapping tool, scrape away the lifted product
- If any product still remains on the nails, continue with the soaking process until all the product scrapes off the natural nails easily.
- Once all the product has safely been removed using a premier gel buffing block, gently buff over the nail plate.
- Using a premier 180 grit file, file the free edge.
- At this point the nails would be ready for a new set or a simple manicure.
- Apply cuticle oil and moisturiser to rehydrate the nails and skin.
